Surya Grahan –एक पखवाड़े के भीतर दो ग्रहण लगना दुनिया के लिए शुभ नहीं है। महाभारत काल में भी 15 दिनों में दो सूर्य ग्रहण लगे थे। उस समय भीषण युद्ध हुआ था जिसमें लाखों लोग मारे गए थे। ये बातें पं. शिवपूजन चतुर्वेदी। वे गुरुवार को वैदिक एजुकेशनल रिसर्च सोसाइटी द्वारा आकाशीय परिघटनाओं के प्रभावों पर चर्चा के लिए आयोजित एक चर्चा की अध्यक्षता कर रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि इस समय भी दुनिया में हर जगह तनाव है. विश्व विश्व युद्ध के कगार पर खड़ा है। मानवता गंभीर संकट में है। दुनिया में लोग अभाव, भूख और तीव्र शारीरिक-मानसिक तनाव से पीड़ित हैं। कोई उपाय समझ में नहीं आता। ऐसे में मानव ज्ञान के दूसरे स्रोत वेदों की शरण लेने के अलावा और कोई रास्ता नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि वेदों में महान विनाश और बुराई को रोकने के लिए अचूक मंत्र और यज्ञों के नियम हैं। इन्हें अपनाकर संसार को बचाया जा सकता है।

विशिष्ट अतिथि बीएचयू के संस्कृत विद्या और धर्म विज्ञान संकाय के पूर्व अध्यक्ष प्रो. चंद्र पांडेय ने महान शक्तियों से घृणा और युद्ध का रास्ता छोड़कर वेदों की शरण लेने का आह्वान किया। फैकल्टी प्रो. रामजीवन मिश्र ने कहा कि काशी के विद्वान वैदिक धर्म का पालन करते हुए यज्ञों के माध्यम से प्रकृति में उत्पन्न विघ्नों को शांत करने का प्रयास करें।

कब लगेगा सूतक

इस बार 25 अक्टूबर को सूर्य ग्रहण लग रहा है। सूर्य ग्रहण शाम 4:42 बजे से 5:22 बजे तक रहेगा। इससे 12 घंटे पहले ग्रहण का सूतक काल शुरू हो जाएगा। यानी 24 अक्टूबर से ही सूर्य ग्रहण शुरू हो जाएगा। सूतक काल में मंदिरों के कपाट बंद रहते हैं।

26 गोर्धवन पूजा, 27 को चित्रगुप्त पूजा व भाई दूज

पंडित रमेशचंद्र त्रिपाठी बताते हैं कि काशी पंचांग के अनुसार सूतक रहने के कारण 26 अक्तूबर को गोवर्धन पूजा है। एक दिन बाद 27 अक्तूबर को चित्रगुप्त पूजा और भाई दूज मनाया जाएगा। पंचांग के अनुसार द्वितीया तिथि का प्रवेश 26 अक्तूबर को दोपहर 02:42 बजे प्रवेश हो रहा है जो कि अगले दिन 27 की दोपहर 12:45 तक रहेगा। इसलिए 27 को चित्रगुप्त पूजा मनाना उचित रहेगा।

A day later, on October 27, Chitragupta Puja and Bhai Dooj will be celebrated. According to the Panchang, the entry of Dwitiya Tithi is going on 26 October at 02:42 pm, which will remain till 12:45 pm on the next day 27. Therefore, it would be appropriate to celebrate Chitragupta Puja on 27th.
