Chhath Puja 2022: स्नान के साथ शुरू हुआ आस्था का महापर्व छठ पूजा आज चौथे दिन उगते सूर्य देव को अर्घ्य देने के साथ संपन्न हुआ. छठ व्रत के चौथे दिन उगते सूर्य को अर्घ्य देने के बाद इस व्रत को तोड़ने का विधान है. चार दिनों तक चलने वाले इस कठिन तप और उपवास के माध्यम से प्रत्येक साधक अपने परिवार और विशेषकर अपने बच्चों के अच्छे स्वास्थ्य की कामना करता है। बिहार, उत्तर प्रदेश, झारखंड सहित देश के सभी हिस्सों में मनाया जाने वाला छठ पर्व छठ मैया और दृश्य देवता भगवान भास्कर की विशेष पूजा के लिए किया जाता है। आइए जानते हैं इस कठिन व्रत के जप और तप से जुड़े नियम और इसके फायदों के बारे में।

छठ पूजा का धार्मिक महत्व

सभी पुराणों में भगवान भास्कर की महिमा का वर्णन किया गया है। भगवान सूर्य एक ऐसे देवता हैं, जिनकी साधना भगवान राम और भगवान कृष्ण के पुत्र सांबा ने की थी। सनातन परंपरा से जुड़े धार्मिक ग्रंथों में उगते हुए सूर्य देव की पूजा को बहुत ही शुभ और शीघ्र फलदायी बताया गया है, लेकिन छठ महापर्व पर की जाने वाली सूर्य देव की पूजा और अर्घ्य को विशेष महत्व दिया गया है. ऐसी मान्यता है कि छठ व्रत की पूजा करने से साधक के जीवन से जुड़ी सभी परेशानियां पलक झपकते ही दूर हो जाती हैं और उसे मनचाहा वरदान मिलता है.

In the religious texts related to the Sanatan tradition, the worship of the rising Sun God has been described as very auspicious and soon fruitful, but special importance has been given to the worship of Sun God and Arghya performed on Chhath Mahaparva. It is believed that by worshiping Chhath fast, all the troubles related to the life of the seeker are removed in the blink of an eye and he gets the desired boon.

छठ पूजा का आध्यात्मिक महत्व

भले ही दुनिया कहती है कि जो उठ गया, उसका डूबना तय है, लेकिन लोक आस्था के छठ पर्व में पहले उगते सूरज को और फिर दूसरे दिन अर्घ्य देने का संदेश है कि जो डूब गया बढ़ना तय है। इसलिए विपत्ति से डरने की बजाय धैर्य से अपना काम करें और अपने अच्छे दिनों के आने की प्रतीक्षा करें, निश्चित रूप से भगवान भास्कर की कृपा से आपको सुख, समृद्धि और सौभाग्य का वरदान प्राप्त होगा।

Even though the world says that the one who got up is sure to drown, but in the Chhath festival of folk faith, there is a message to offer Arghya to the rising sun first and then on the second day that the one who drowns is sure to rise. So instead of being afraid of calamity, do your work with patience and wait for your good days to come, surely by the grace of Lord Bhaskar you will get the blessings of happiness, prosperity and good fortune.

कैसे दिया जाता है सूर्य को अर्घ्य

1 सनातन परंपरा में आइए विस्तार से जानते हैं छठ पूजा के अंतिम दिन ही नहीं बल्कि हर दिन दृश्य देवता भगवान सूर्यदेव को अर्घ्य देते समय किन नियमों का हमेशा ध्यान रखना चाहिए।

In the Sanatan tradition, let us know in detail what rules should always be kept in mind while offering Arghya to the visible deity Lord Suryadev every day, not only on the last day of Chhath Puja.

2 सूर्योदय के समय भगवान सूर्य को अर्घ्य देना सर्वोत्तम माना जाता है, ऐसे में सूर्य की पूजा और अर्घ्य देना, हमेशा सूर्योदय से पहले उठना, स्नान करना और ध्यान करना और साफ कपड़े पहनकर उनकी पूजा करना

It is considered best to offer Arghya to Lord Surya at the time of sunrise, so worshiping and offering Arghya to the Sun, always getting up before sunrise, taking bath and meditating and wearing clean clothes and worshiping him

3 भगवान सूर्य देव के उदय के समय सबसे पहले उन्हें प्रणाम करें और उसके बाद एक तांबे के बर्तन में रोली, अक्षत, लाल फूल और पवित्र जल डालें और पूरी श्रद्धा और विश्वास के साथ अर्घ्य दें।

At the time of the rise of Lord Surya Dev, first bow to him and after that put Roli, Akshat, red flowers and holy water in a copper vessel and offer Arghya with full devotion and faith.

4 सूर्य देव को हमेशा नंगे पांव अर्घ्य दिया जाता है, लेकिन ऐसा करते समय इस बात का पूरा ध्यान रखें कि सूर्य देव द्वारा अर्पित किया गया अर्घ्य किसी के पैरों के नीचे न आ जाए.

Arghya is always offered to the Sun God barefoot, but while doing so, keep in mind that the Arghya offered by the Sun God does not fall under anyone’s feet.

5 सूर्य देव को अर्घ्य देते समय दोनों हाथों से एक तांबे का पात्र अपने सिर पर रखें और पानी को इस तरह गिराएं कि आप सूर्य देव को उसके किनारे के बीच से देख सकें।

While offering Arghya to the Sun God, keep a copper vessel on your head with both hands and drop the water in such a way that you can see the Sun God from the middle of its bank.

6 सूर्य देव को जल अर्पित करने के बाद, आदित्य हृदय स्तोत्र का पाठ करें या धूप-दीप जलाकर सूर्य मंत्र का जाप करें।

After offering water to the Sun God, recite Aditya Hriday Stotra or chant Surya Mantra by lighting an incense-lamp.

‘ॐ एहि सूर्य सहस्त्रांशो तेजोराशे जगत्पते, अनुकंपय माम् भक्तया गृहाणाघ्र्यम् दिवाकर।।’

‘Om come, O sun, thousand-fold in splendour, Lord of the universe, have mercy on me, and accept my offering with devotion, O sun.’
