राजधानी में एक्यूआई खतरनाक श्रेणी में है, दिल्ली के आईजीआई एयरपोर्ट स्टेशन पर सुबह पांच बजे एक्यूआई 489 दर्ज किया गया। वहीं, नोएडा में सुबह एक्यूआई 562 दर्ज किया गया। वहीं, दिल्ली में एक्यूआई 450 के पार पहुंच गया। यह बेहद गंभीर और खतरनाक स्थिति है

प्रदूषण के मामले में दिल्ली में इस समय हालात बेहद खराब हैं. राजधानी में एक्यूआई खतरनाक श्रेणी में है, दिल्ली के आईजीआई एयरपोर्ट स्टेशन पर सुबह पांच बजे एक्यूआई 489 दर्ज किया गया। वहीं, नोएडा में सुबह एक्यूआई 562 दर्ज किया गया। वहीं, दिल्ली में एक्यूआई 450 के पार पहुंच गया। यह बेहद गंभीर और खतरनाक स्थिति है

5 नवंबर से मिलेगी राहत
सफर के निदेशक डॉ. गुफरान बेग ने कहा कि 5 नवंबर से दिल्ली में प्रदूषण से काफी राहत संभव है. स्थानीय हवाओं के कारण ऐसा होने जा रहा है. लेकिन 5 नवंबर की शाम से पहले प्रदूषण से कोई राहत नहीं है. तब तक हवा की गुणवत्ता गंभीर श्रेणी में रहेगी। उसके बाद कुछ सुधार की उम्मीद है। गुरफान बेग के मुताबिक प्रदूषण में पराली जलाने से करीब 38 फीसदी योगदान होता है। यह सीजन का सर्वाधिक है। हालांकि शनिवार को इसमें कुछ कमी रह सकती है।

According to Gurfan Baig, stubble burning contributes about 38 percent to pollution. This is the highest of the season. However, there may be some decrease in it on Saturday.
गंभीर माना जाता है 401 से 500 के बीच का एक्यूआई
उल्लेखनीय है कि शून्य और 50 के बीच एक्यूआई ‘अच्छा’, 51 से 100 ‘संतोषजनक’, 101 से 200 ‘मध्यम’, 201 से 300 ‘खराब’, 301 से 400 ‘बहुत खराब’ और 401 से 500 के बीच है। दोनों को ‘गंभीर’ माना जाता है। जबकि इससे ऊपर एक खतरनाक स्थिति होती है, जिसमें सांस लेना मुश्किल हो जाता है।

कहीं ऑनलाइन क्लास तो कहीं आउटडोर एक्टीविटी पर रोक
एनसीआर में ऐसे गंभीर हालात को देखते हुए नोएडा के गौतमबुद्ध नगर में कक्षा 1 से कक्षा 8 तक के सभी स्कूलों में 8 नवंबर तक ऑनलाइन कक्षाएं चलाने के आदेश जारी किए गए हैं. वहीं, जरूरत पड़ने पर 9वीं से 12वीं तक की कक्षाएं भी ऑनलाइन चलाई जा सकती हैं। इसके साथ ही प्रशासन ने स्कूलों में सभी बाहरी गतिविधियों पर भी अगले आदेश तक रोक लगा दी है.

दिल्ली में GRAP-4 लागू
हालात को देखते हुए दिल्ली में जीआरएपी का स्टेज 4 लागू कर दिया गया है। इसके तहत जरूरी सामान ढोने वाले चुनिंदा ट्रक ही शहर में प्रवेश कर सकते हैं। आवश्यक सामान ले जाने वाले वाहनों को छोड़कर पंजीकृत मध्यम और भारी अच्छे वाहनों के चलने पर प्रतिबंध रहेगा। बीएस VI इंजन वाले वाहनों और आवश्यक सेवाओं में लगे वाहनों को छूट दी जाएगी लेकिन पंजीकृत डीजल पर चलने वाली कारों पर प्रतिबंध रहेगा। इस समय कारखाने बंद रहेंगे साथ ही निर्माण और विध्वंस गतिविधियों पर भी रोक रहेगी। केवल हाईवे, सड़क, फ्लाईओवर, पुल, पाइपलाइन का निर्माण जारी रहेगा। एनसीआर में राज्य सरकार के कार्यालयों में केवल 50% कर्मचारी ही आ सकेंगे और बाकी को वर्क फ्रॉम होम पर रखा जाएगा।
