रायपुर ।। रोड डॉक्टर मशीन से सड़कों को समतल करने का कार्य बेहद धीमी गति से किया जा रहा है। शिकायत मिलने पर कंपनी को नोटिस जारी किया गया था। कंपनी तेज गति से काम करने के लिए शहर में 2 और मशीनें लेकर आई है। कहीं-कहीं खराब पैचवर्क की भी जानकारी मिली है। इसके लिए मौके का निरीक्षण करने के लिए अधिकारियों की टीम भेजी जाएगी।

इस साल कंपनी को 3000 गड्ढों का पैचवर्क करना था। यानी एक गड्ढे को पाटने के लिए 10000 रुपये। 10 महीने बीत चुके हैं और कंपनी को अभी 1500 पैच वर्क पूरा करना है। अब 2 महीने में 1500 से ज्यादा पैचवर्क पूरा करने का लक्ष्य है। इस पर नाराजगी जताते हुए निगम ने ठेका देने वाली कंपनी पर 25 लाख रुपये का जुर्माना लगाने की बात कही थी. इसके बाद 2 और मशीनों का ऑर्डर दिया गया है। हालांकि अभी भी मशीनें जिस रफ्तार से काम कर रही हैं, उसे देखते हुए यह कहना मुश्किल है कि काम समय पर पूरा हो जाएगा। नया साल शुरू होते ही फिर से नया ठेका और जनहित के नाम पर एक बार फिर करोड़ों रुपये जलाए जाएंगे. कंपनी का दावा है कि एक बार पैचवर्क हो जाने के बाद उस जगह पर पीछे मुड़कर देखने की जरूरत नहीं है। मैगजीन ने जब इन दावों की पड़ताल की तो कुछ और ही हकीकत सामने आई।

रोड डॉक्टर मशीन के जरिए पैचवर्क करने वाली कंपनी का दावा है कि काम पूरा होने के बाद भी सड़कें बनी रहेंगी। यानी समान। हालांकि शहर में जहां पैच वर्क हो चुका है, वहीं सड़कों का संतुलन बिगड़ गया है. यानी कहीं सड़क ऊंची तो कहीं नीची। इन सड़कों से गुजरने के दौरान दोपहिया वाहन उछल-कूद कर रहे हैं जबकि चार पहिया वाहन भी धक्के खा रहे हैं. यही हाल नगर निगम के आसपास की सड़कों का है।

फाफडीह में रोड डॉक्टर मशीन ने एक माह पहले ही पैचवर्क किया है। मैगजीन ने मौके का मुआयना किया तो पता चला कि अभी से पैचवर्क खराब होने लगा है। साइड रोड से पैचवर्क शुरू हो गया है। बीच में 3 से 4 इंच का गैप होता है। आपको बता दें, कंपनी ने दावा किया था कि एक बार सड़क उखड़ सकती है, लेकिन पैचवर्क वही रहेगा। यह नजारा घंटाघर के सामने आसपास के इलाकों में भी आम है।

शहर में पिछले तीन वर्षों में विभिन्न योजनाओं के तहत कई क्षेत्रों में सड़कों की खुदाई की गई। बारिश के बाद डामर उखड़ गया और सड़कें पहले से भी बदतर हो गईं। कटोरा तालाब, तेलीबांधा, श्याम नगर समेत कई इलाकों की गलियों में इस साल कुछ जगहों पर पैचवर्क हुआ। सभी पैच फटे हुए थे। करोड़ों के इस काम की गुणवत्ता का अंदाजा इसी बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि ये एक भी बारिश को सहन नहीं कर पा रहे हैं.
